This ons is for the legs and booty! Nothing like a Monday filled with squats and legs burning. Make sure for today’s workout, you share with at least one friend and even invite them to train with you! Accountability is KEY!

  • 30 narrow squats

  • 20 jump squats

  • 15 fire hydrants

  • 30 squat pulses

  • 20 sumo squats

  • 60 sec wall sit
