Fit Calisthenics РRoutine of the Day 

One of my favourite pieces of equipment is the skipping rope. Today, we will incorporate some skipping into our routine! Like every other Monday, today is a day for you to start strong! You owe it to yourself. Decide. Commit. Execute!
  • 5 min jump rope

  • 25 push ups

  • 25 dips

  • 25 knee raises

  • 5 min jump rope

  • 10 christ pull ups

  • 10 wide chin ups

  • 10 australian pull ups
