What’s going on guys! My name is Carlos Salas and I’ve been doing calisthenics & fitness for over 7 years. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned, grown, and evolved so much that I now want to share everything I know and all the things I discover in the future with everyone!
With Train HRDR, I intend to keep getting people involved by discovering the power of fitness through calisthenics and bodyweight movement. All you need to start moving and getting excited about your health is a little bit of inspiration and a reason WHY! Health is everything!
