Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day
The idea of this routine is to jump from the bar to the ground back and forth. Aim to push the boundaries and whatever you do, DONT LET GO OFF THE BAR! It’s made mostly for advanced because of the number of sets but can easily be modified to any level
- 6 ice cream makers
- 20 push ups
- 6 pull ups
- 20 jump squats
- 6 leg raises
- 20 lunges
- 6 chin ups
- 20 burpees
*For beginners and intermediate, cut reps in half and do 3 sets.
*For savage, add some extra weight.
