Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

Now this is an advanced way to start your week and it’ll probably make you sore but give it a shot even if you think it’s not your level. Modify where you have to and get it done. The idea of Mondays is to move! For all my advanced people out there, if you’re feeling like you need an extra challenge, try each set UNBROKEN!
  • 5 muscle ups

  • 20 straight bar dips

  • 5 muscle ups

  • 20 straight bar dips

  • Max out pull ups

  • 50 push ups
