Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

On Monday we go at 100!!! 100% and beyond! So if you know my rule number 1 #NeverSkipMonday, and my rule number 2 #GoTheExtraMile you’ll crush this workout and give me some extra work.!
  • 100 push ups

  • 100 squats

  • 100 knee raises

  • 100 hollowbody rocks

  • 100 bicycle crunches

  • 100 bench dips

  • 100 switch lunges
