We’re so close to Summer that we gotta start taking care of that 6 pack.! Today we work abs and start incorporating jogging into our routines.
- 50 crunches
- 50 scissor kicks
- 50 toe touches
- 50 flutter kicks
- 50 bicycle crunches
- 15 minute jog
