- 10 chin ups (3 sec hold on top)
- 20 diamond push ups
- 10 headbangers
- 10 skull crushers
- 20 straight bar dips

*For a beginner variation of this routine cut reps in half
*For a more advanced variation of this routine add extra weight (weight vest recommended)
