Happy Monday fam! Today we hit chest and core with a little bonus of high intensity but it’s Monday so it shouldn’t be a problem for you! Get out there and crush your workout.!
  • 30 sec burpees

  • 10 push ups

  • 30 sec burpees

  • 10 diamond push ups

  • 30 sec mountain climbers

  • 10 dips

  • 30 sec mountain climbers

  • 10 decline push ups
