Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 


Here’s an intermediate leg and butt routine that is targeted to both men and women. It consists of 2 parts and you can decide whether you do both or not. 

Part 1

  • 10 elevator squats (all the way down, halfway, all the way up)
  • 20 jump squats
  • 20 lunges (10 each side)
  • 10 slow & hold (3 sec) hip thrusts
  • 50 calf raises

Part 2

  • 20 donkey kicks
  • 20 fire hydrants
  • 20 kickbacks
  • 20 cross kickbacks


*For beginners, cut the reps in half. Easywork!

*For advanced and savage, add some weight, focus on the range of motion and push your limits. If you’re at this level, you should know how hard you’re supposed to work! Let’s go!!!
