Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

This is a full body calisthenics workout to kick start your week with a bang! Every round has a different finishing exercise. Push the time and rest as little as possible!

4 Rounds of:

  • 60 sec wall sit

  • 20 jump squats

  • 60 sec plank

  • 20 switch lunges

+

  • Round 1: 40 pull ups

  • Round 2: 40 squats

  • Round 3: 40 dips

  • Round 4: 40 burpees
