It is Monday baby!! And rule number 1 is NeverSkipMonday workouts.!

20 min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 dips
  • 15 push ups

Finisher (12 minute timecap):

  • 20 knee raises
  • 10 burpees
