10 minute timecap

  • 2 pull ups

  • 2 push ups

4/6/8/10/10/8/6/4/2

3 minute rest & then:

  • 50 leg raises

  • 50 mountain climbers

  • 50 half burpees

  • 50 shorties

  • 50 crunches
