Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day
Let’s get into some heavy volume here! The idea is to push your limits. This is a routine inspired by the Barbarians that Zef passed along to me. It’s a Savage routine but I’ll give you guys some options to modify and train for it.
- 20 push ups every minute for 60 minutes!
*For beginners and intermediate, cut the reps to 10 and only do 30 minutes
*For advanced, keep the number of reps but give yourself 90 seconds for every round. Do 30 sets.
