Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

Timed based High-Intensity routine to get you sweating in no time.

  • 30 sec plank jacks
  • 30 sec high knees
  • 30 toe taps
  • 30 foot fire

2 minutes of work doing as many rounds as you can of the 3 exercises in each round. Finish each round with an extra 30 second plank and 10 push-ups and then take a 45 second break. Repeat each round 3 times.

Round 1

  • 10 bench dips
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 10 jump squats

Round 2

  • 6 clap push ups
  • 6 side lunges (each side)
  • 6 burpees

Round 3

  • 10 shoulder taps
  • 10 sit-ups
  • 10 switch lunges
