Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

I heard you like burpees! I love them too. They’re a wicked full body exercise and yes, they’re killer but I used to hate them until I learned to love them! Start your Monday off by doing that one thing you hate and just like me, you might end up loving it.

  • 10 burpees

  • 50 squats

  • 8 burpees

  • 50 push ups

  • 6 burpees

  • 50 switch lunges

  • 4 burpees

  • 50 hanging knee raises

  • 2 burpees

  • 50 bench dips

  • 10 burpees
