If anyone is training with us, they have already taken action in those first 2 areas, so their Nutrition is going to be the key to really maximizing their work in the gym and their compliance with our coaching.
Nutrition is a sleeping giant when it comes to achieving the body you want. It’s one of the most important elements of a successful regimen, but oftentimes the last to be talked about, addressed and planned for. That’s why we at HRDR felt that it was important to not only shed light on Nutrition but to also provide a simple blueprint to start incorporating whole foods, healthier snacks, and more well-rounded meals into our clients’ programs (and eventually into their bellies).
We are proud and count ourselves fortunate to have partnered with Certified Nutritional Practitioner from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Amy Leung. Amy didn’t stop her quest for knowledge in Wellness Optimization at Nutrition however, she is also a Certified Personal Trainer and knows the work it takes to get results there as well. By combining her passion for fitness with her expertise in nutrition, she now consults clients on how to optimize their health through healthy eating and exercise.
