Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

On Mondays, I have one rule and one rule only! Never skip that workout.! Monday’s are the first day of the week and making a commitment to train on that day will make the rest of your week easier to stick to!

12 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

  • 6 clap push ups
  • 6 burpees
  • 6 tuck jumps
  • 6 pull ups
