(1 round = 20 seconds ON / 10 seconds OFF)

  • set 1 – push ups

  • set 2 – surrender squats

  • set 3 – bicycle crunches

  • set 4 – bench dips

  • set 5 – curtsy lunges

  • set 6 – half burpees
