Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

Today we’re going to focus on core! Summer is right around the corner and nothing better to prep than a six pack? Let’s get it started!

  • 10 sit ups
  • 20 crunches
  • 30 bicycle crunches
  • 40 russian twists
  • 50 sec side planks hip raises (each side)
