Fit Calisthenics – Routine of the Day 

Today’s workout is going to be one to remember! This is a little variation of a routine called Man Down that is inspired by the calisthenics scene in New York! Give it a shot.!
  • 5 burpees

  • 20 push ups

  • 50 shorties

  • 15 push ups

  • 50 shorties

  • 10 push ups

  • 50 shorties

  • 5 diamond push ups

  • 5 burpees

3 minute rest and then repeat it going up!
