Time moves forward whether you want it or not. Take advantage of every single second to make your life move forward with time too.
It’s easy to fall into a comfortable spot and just let life take you in its own way. I make sure to always do a pulse check to give myself every opportunity possible to learn, become stronger and grow.
In fitness, every time I find a weakness I make sure to expose myself to it as much as I can. There’s always a chance to learn in every experience and I like to take those opportunities as much as possible.
Take your discouragements, downfalls and failures as motivation just as much as you would take your achievements to give you that push every day. Keep your goals in sight, never take your eyes from it and use every inch of your body to absorb all the knowledge you can to get to where you want to be.
